Don’t worry gentlemen – you can coach with me too. I focus on women mostly because I spent 20 years in corporate telecommunications which historically has been a male-dominated industry. But, I believe all leaders need a coach.
Much of my time in corporate, I worked in Learning & Development implementing and managing Leadership Development teams and initiatives. Over the years I earned several certifications including Master Certification for Achieve Forum and Situational Leadership II. I developed and facilitated countless classes for countless leaders. All of that to say, nothing has impacted my view of leadership more than earning my Life Coaching certification.
My years of experience leading learning and learning to lead coupled with the awareness that we really do have the ability to create any result we want has been a game changer. It is my passion to help others realize their potential and help make their career goals come to life.
